jep, völlig falsch geraten... denn 1. habe ich die pirelli-firmware schon etwas länger und bis in die nacht von sonntag auf montag, 09. auf 10.10 funktionierte alles problemlos und 2. siehe wicked_one!

so nachdem gestern und heute abend alles problemlos lief und ich auch heute (!) nochmals von a1 kontaktiert wurde - von einer offiziellen 664100 nummer (keine ahnung - vlt. störungsstelle oder wie man das halt intern nennt), dürfte das problem hiermit endlich erledigt sein - von der beschwerdestelle wurde mir nun zumindest ein monat gutgeschrieben... und in anbetracht dessen, dass sich a1 bzw. die ex ta-seite nun problemlos dazu bereit erklärt hat.... ist die sache für mich dadurch auch erledigt!!


letzten endes... auch da arbeiten nur menschen!

so heute nacht 10 x ausfall... wieder störung aufgegeben... jetzt soll ich also das modem im a1-shop tauschen..... na gut, mach ma doch, wird nichts bringen aber... (WENN ES NICHT NUR EINEN KUNDEN BETRIFFT......) im falle der außerordentlichen kündigung sollt ma sowas aber mal gemacht haben...

mal schauen, welche provider aktuell noch attraktiv wären - vlt. ein lokaler provider oder wieder retour zu tele2, wo die letzten 18 monate alles problemlos lief...

seit gestern 20:53 Uhr nach zahlreichen Ausfällen vorher wieder ein komplett Ausfall... neuerliche Störungsmeldung heute um 05:00 Uhr morgens - die Hotline sah das Modem als online an ohne synchron zu sein - daraufhin mit der Hotline einen Test durchgeführt - Modem ausgeschaltet - Modem war trotzdem als online ersichtlich !? Kann das an einem Totalaufhänger in der Vermittlungsstelle / am DSLAM liegen?

-- erneutes Schreiben per Fax unterschrieben- und AGB-Konform außerordentliche Kündigungsfrist auf nun 31.10 ausgedehnt...

aufgrund der zahlreichen probleme über 2 wochen habe ich mich heute auf die adsl2+ umstellen lassen... dzt. 8.7 Mbit / s Downstream / 0.8 Mbit / s Upstream

ist zwar geringfügig etwas schlechter als 10,3 mbit down- das problem, dass sich die vdsl-karten bei gigaspeed ständig aufhängen, ist nun für mich einmal gelöst

und ich gehe davon, dass das modem nun wieder wie früher syncron bleibt.

gigaspeed kommt für mich dann erst wieder in frage, wenn die probleme an den dslams gelöst sind bzw. ein softwareupdate gemacht wurde.

die gschicht geht, wenn auch in anderer form nun weiter...

gestern und heute haben mich verschiedene leute angerufne, die sich alle verwählt haben - dachte ich.... gegen 10:00 uhr kontaktiert mich (am sonntag) die störungsstelle, dass jemand angegeben hätte, dass wenn man ihn anruft, woanders landet (eben bei mir...) Der A1-Mensch fragte mich noch nach meiner Rufnummer usw...

nach einigen tests stelle ich fest, dass mein anschluss plötzlich als anonym aufscheint...

anrufe auf meine eigentliche nummer landen nicht bei mir...

Da sind in der Vermittlungsstelle wohl 2 Anschlüsse miteinander verschaltet. Wenn dich dann eh schon jemand von der Störungsstelle angerufen hat, wird es vermutlich heute oder am Mittwoch behoben.
